Born in Scotland, where she graduated from the Scottish Business School at Strathclyde University, with a degree in Business Administration and a post graduate Diploma in Marketing and languages Valerie has made her home in Canada for many years.

After several years in the Insurance Industry she felt that Real Estate would afford her both the opportunity and the flexibility to combine a career and a family.  Valerie has had a successful Real Estate Career since the early eighties. Through hard work and dedication she has repeatedly achieved the very prestigious Diamond Award of Merit with Royal LePage R.E.S. Ltd. Johnston & Daniel Division.

Valerie is often initially recognized by her Scottish accent and instinct for value, but always remembered for her fair and aggressive negotiating skills, her ability to find the perfect home for her clients and her “Full Service” approach to Real Estate. 

Her creative vision and instinct for design enable her to prepare her clients’ homes for the market, to introduce them to the public with confidence and flair, and to sell them for top dollar  She does not, however, take all the credit herself.  Her team includes a marketing assistant,  painters, landscapers, cleaners, designers, contractors, handymen and many others just waiting to give any home an instant face-lift and ultimately get her clients what their home is truly worth.

As a long time North Toronto resident, Valerie has an extensive knowledge of properties in and around the area as well as a good working knowledge of many other areas of the City of Toronto.

Valerie is a dedicated professional whose trustworthiness and honesty is recognised through her repeat business and large network of clients.  Using her team of assistants, she offers Full Service Real Estate to each and every client and allows them to experience Real Estate as it should be.
